Killing this character: Probably not, given the way MidSyn works, but we can talk about it if a situation arises
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'm okay with this, though OOCly Seiga will probably not be down with that

Warnings:
Seiga has the power to open a hole in any wall big enough for her to pass through, and is enough of an asshole to abuse this power without hesitation! Her player is much more hesitant about bothering people, though, so I won't have her pull any crass moves without clearing them first. (Also, the item that allows her to do that is the hairpin she wears in those loops, so it can be lost/taken/whatever.)
